When you are within the TD Snap Settings menu, Help and Tutorials and choose a video this message will appear, "This operation is not available on a closed system". The videos are not able to be viewed from a Closed/Dedicated device.
If you have Opened the dedicated device and are receiving this message follow these steps to make the videos available.
Go to the Home screen
Locate the Self Service app
Launch the App and Select the TD Snap Reinstall
Relaunch TD Snap and verify you can view the videos
