Why am I not getting search results when searching My Media in Boardmaker 7?

There is a bug right now in Boardmaker 7 that can cause the user to receive a No Search Results message when searching My Media in the Editor even though they have images uploaded. 

When encountering this bug the first and best thing to try is to log out of your account in both the editor and from the My Boardmaker website itself. Then sign back in and try again. This will resolve the issue most of the time. 

If that does not resolve the issue you can try uninstalling and reinstalling.
