Pronunciation exceptions are voice specific

Snap give you access wide range of voice to accommodate the user age, gender and spoken language. Each voice offers the ability to change the pronunciation of individual words as needed. Due to the differences in the voices and speech engines supported, any pronunciation exceptions added for one voice does not automatically carry over to any other voice.

Snap does provide a way to import pronunciation exceptions from one voice to another. The process will import all defined exceptions. It is recommended that you preview all the pronunciation exceptions in the new voice. It may necessary to make minor modification to get the proper pronunciation.
