Is Surface Pro X compatible with the EyeMobile Plus or EM12?

The Surface Pro X has an ARM CPU.  Tobii products are not compatible with ARM CPU so the Surface Pro X is not compatible.  You will most likely get error messages if you attempt to install our software.
