If you are using Snap and get an error that states "An unknown sync error has occurred", this usually has to do with the network connection.
- First, make sure you are connected to the Internet. The easiest way you can do this is by opening your web browser and go to a website that you typically don't visit then see if it loads. If your Internet connection is down, try syncing later after the connection has been restored.

- If neither of the two options above resolve the issue, try saving the page set to your hard drive and then upload the page set to mytobiidynavox.
