There is no sound from the external speaker

Make sure you turn the speaker on. Slide the power switch on the top of the speaker to the black hexagon then back to the white hexagon.

Turn up the volume on the external speaker with the buttons on the back. The speaker has its own build-in volume control that is independent of Windows volume settings. We recommend that you set the speaker volume to maximum and control the volume with Tobii Communicator or Windows instead.
