The minimum requirements Communicator are quite low and any modern PC will be able to run the software without any issues. The official requirements are listed below.

Tobii Communicator 4 requires a PC running Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8.1, or 10), 1 GB RAM recommended, up to 200 MB free storage space, and a display size of at least 800 x 600 pixels, though a larger display is recommended.
To use read-aloud features in page sets, you must also install synthesized speech, which requires up to an additional 750 MB of free storage space.
