Can I run Communicator and Compass on a PC with the PC-Eye Explore?

The PC-Eye Explore with Windows Control package will work with Communicator and Compass.  

The PC-Eye Explore with GazePoint package will not work with Communicator or Compass but will work with BoardMaker Online.
