This course examines the potential benefits and capabilities of the TD Snap Visual Supports tool. We will discuss ways that TD Snap Visual Supports can provide affirming support for skills like memory, initiation, regulation, comprehension, transitions, and more. We will review how to locate and edit this tool in various page sets. This presentation will also guide participants through several fictional case studies to explore application of TD Snap Visual Supports for various needs, and offer ideas for implementation to support a variety of individuals.

Learning Outcomes:

Locate and edit two TD Snap Visual Supports in the core first page set.

Discuss two ways that Visual Supports can be an affirming tool to support autonomy.

Identify three reasons Visual Supports are essential for an Augmentative and Alternative (AAC) user.
